Because Wild Hive Hot Honey is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns. But we do stand behind every jar and if something’s off, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not quite what you expected, email us at contactus@wildhivehothoney.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll sort it fast and hassle-free.
Quality Concerns
We craft our hot honey with care and high standards. If something doesn’t taste or look right, reach out. We’re happy to review and help.
Cancellations & Address Changes
If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We process quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is in motion.
